Being Encumbered is one of the Status Effects your character might experience in Atlas MMO Game. Status Effects are the various reactions your character might have to the world around them and their activities within it. For example if you don't eat enough, you will become Starved. If you don't drink enough, you will become Dehydrated, and if you are in too cold a place without appropriate insulation (either from Fortitude or equipped Armor), you will be Cold or even suffer from Hypothermia.

About being Encumbered
Being Encumbered is caused by carrying too much weight relative to your Weight stat.
Encumbered Effects
- Being Encumbered causes slowed movement, proportionate to how close to your maximum weight limit you are. The closer to your weight limit you get, the slower you will move until at full weight you can no longer move at all.
Load more
full weight does not make you not able to move. Iv been over 10K weight and still able to move. Also being at inventory capacity shows a larger all black encumbered symbol
